The event, which will take place at the press builder’s facility in Levittown (Philadelphia), PA, will include presentations about connectivity by MPS and its industry partners, customer testimonials and live demonstrations on the new hybrid EF SYMJET press.
The EF SYMJET, a collaboration by MPS and Domino, is a hybrid printing system that combines conventional and digital press technology with the operator focus for which MPS is known. The unit is built on the standard MPS EF platform with an integrated Domino digital N610i inkjet printer, and the two technologies can be used in conjunction or separately. The press manufacturers partnered with other industry-leading brands to develop in-line converting options and advanced technology add-ons such as an in-register laminator, crossover unit and multi-web application.
