For your convenience, we have divided our privacy policy into two sections that are specifically applicable to your status under Flexo Concepts – Customers and Visitors. Flexo Concepts manufactures TruPoint® doctor blades and MicroClean™ dry media anilox cleaning systems. All TruPoint Doctor Blades are manufactured and quality tested in our USA headquarters and Flexo Concepts maintains distribution locations in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia.This privacy notice is issued on behalf of Flexo Concepts so when we mention “Flexo Concepts”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy, we are referring to Flexo Concepts as responsible for processing your data.

“Customer” is a contact that has previously or is currently conducting business with Flexo Concepts by: (1) requesting a product sample or quote, (2) requesting a service quote or (3) purchasing any available Flexo Concepts product or service.

“Reseller” means an entity this is authorized by a formal agreement with Flexo Concepts to sell and distribute Flexo Concepts branded products.
“Website(s)” means any website Flexo Concepts owns and operates, including www.flexoconcepts.com and www.micro-clean.com. Our websites are not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
“Visitor” means any person who visits any of our websites or event stands.
C. Your Legal Rights

(i) Information provided to us: When viewing our website or visiting an event stand, you may choose to provide Personal Information about you in order to consult with our customer service or sales team, request a product sample, send us an email, download valuable content online or sign up for an event or webinar. We may also request additional information necessary to process requested orders and services, send invoices and conduct other lawful business activities. By giving us this Personal Information, you agree to this information being collected, used and disclosed as described in Section 2.B Use of Personal Information.

In some countries, this information may be considered Personal Information under applicable data protection laws. Flexo Concepts will never sell your personal information nor do we buy contact lists.

Flexo Concepts will never sell your Personal Information to any entity. Your personal information may be transferred:

- To an authorized Flexo Concepts Reseller for the purpose of delivering a requested product or service.

To deliver Flexo Concepts products and services efficiently and effectively, it is necessary that Flexo Concepts partner with select Resellers around the world. Please note, our authorized Resellers may have privacy practices different from ours. Please request a privacy policy from your local Reseller to become familiar with how your data is used by their company. Flexo Concepts is not responsible for how your Personal Information is used by our Resellers.
