The prominent narrow web press manufacturer has replaced steel with Orange due to its superior metering performance and ability to eliminate UV ink spitting.
Available in 10”, 13” and 16” web widths, Nilpeter’s FB series models are among the fastest narrow web presses in the industry at 750 F/min. Designed for maximum efficiency and low production costs, the FB line is based on modular flexo technology for easy configuration.
The high performance FB-3 UV-press technology was introduced to the European market last year at Labelexpo in Brussels and featured the TruPoint Orange doctor blade. The blade’s successful performance on-press at the show inspired the company to replace steel with Orange on all new press installations.
